Compete in our next F-Games event

Our next event is Saturday, May 30 at the Life Time location in Schaumburg, IL.

It is free to participate.

The winner will collect $500 and a variety of prizes / products from our sponsors (to be announced soon).

One random participant will win $100.

The competition will test the PPK Challenge:

• Max. push-ups in one minute

• Max. pull-ups in one minute

• Max. Korsquats in one minute (using a Korboard)

Competitors can pick the order they complete each exercise.

One minute of rest between the first and second exercises.

The competitor with the highest total (legitimate) rep count wins.

Pull-ups must be done with palms facing away from the body (vs. a “chin-up” where palms face the body). Arms must go to full lock-out and chin must touch the bar.

For push-ups, the arms must bend to a 90 degree angle and reach full lock-out at the top.
